Cancellations & Changes

 

A $200 deposit is required to reserve your session and is non-refundable.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. After this 48-hour window, the booking is final and cannot be changed.

If you cancel before this 48-hour window, any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.

Final Payment

 

​The remaining balance is due at the time of the session and may be paid via cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

Cancellation by the Practitioner

 

If the practitioner needs to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, any payment made will be fully refunded, or you may choose to reschedule.

 

If a session is declined due to the client not meeting the stated eligibility requirements, the deposit remains non-refundable.
